LJ Hooker, Jude & Ben simply the best, no detail to big or small, dots the i's and crosses the t's, just great old fashion service, just the best.

My family and I arrived in Port Vila in June 2018. We initially rented a property through another agency... however we experienced so many problems that we had to terminate our tenancy within a few weeks. Jude leske was recommended to us and I arrived at her office in July in tears and at the end of my tether.. we were all ready to move back to the UK. Jude showed us several properties over a weekend in her own time and assured us she could find something suitable. Within 2 days she had found us a beautiful property in Bellevue and we signed a lease immediately. The property did come with some plumbing problems and Jude did everything to ensure it was fixed and we were happy. Jude has gone above and beyond in ensuring we are happy here. She often calls monthly to check everything is ok. I have rented and bought property globally for over 25 years and I can honestly say I have never met such a kind, honest and courteous agent. I have recommended her often and will continue to use her as our real estate agent as we move into buying both commercial and residential property here in Vanuatu. She truly is a credit to the LJ Hooker name and I must commend you on your choice of franchisee ownership.  Rarely do I go out of my to leave reviews, however I feel in this instance it is both warranted and required to ensure the high level of service synonymous with the LJ Hooker brand.
